  1.    Welcome To the BBSlist Database Door.  This door is very easy to use.  From
  2. the main menu you have 7 options.  The following is a brief explanation of
  3. these options.

  6. [A]dd a bbs - this function will allow you to add a BBS to the database that is
  7.               not already there.  When adding a BBS you must know the Name,
  8.               phone Number, high baud Rate, sysops first name, and what type of
  9.               BBS they are running ( GAP / PCBoard ... ).  You will also be 
  10.               asked for an extended description, just hit return a few times if
  11.               you have nothing extra to say about this bbs.  After the extended 
  12.               description you will be asked if you want to upload an ANSI 
  13.               picture.  If you choose yes, you will be asked to choose a 
  14.               transfer protocal you may choose [Z]modem, [Y]modem, [1]K-Xmodem, 
  15.               and if you have an error correcting modem Ymodem-[G].  Your BBS 
  16.               will be checked to see if it duplicates a curent BBS and then will
  17.               be added to the database.  If you make a mistake or for whatever 
  18.               reason want to abort the entery, just type "/A" on a blank line 
  19.               and it will abort, or finish the form and say no when asked if it
  20.               is correct.

  23. [L]ist the Database - This function allows you to list the database with the
  24.                       the extended descriptions and ANSI Pictures.  If you are
  25.                       calling with ANSI Graphics on and there is a picture 
  26.                       attached to the entry you will be asked if you want to
  27.                       view it.  If you do not have ANSI Graphics on you will 
  28.                       not be asked to view the file.

  31. [Q]uick list - This option was added so that a user did not have to go through
  32.                all the extended descriptions to find a quick list of the BBS's
  33.                in the database.  This option will display a file with a list of
  34.                all the BBS's and indicate which have ANSI pictures attached to 
  35.                them.

  38. [S]earch Database - This option allows you to search the database for only 
  39.                     those BBS's that you are interested in.  You may search by
  40.                     Baud rate, BBS type, Area Code, or for BBS's With ANSI 
  41.                     Pictures attached to them.

  44. [D]ownload Database - This option allows you to get a copy of the database to
  45.                       keep for yourself.  The file is created at the time of
  46.                       download to insure that all of the BBS's in the Database
  47.                       are included.

  50. [H]elp - Displays this screen.  Kind of simple Huh?

  53. [X] Exit - Returns you to the BBS This option used to be [Q]uit, but was
  54.            remapped when I added the Quick Scan.
